To request a return, exchange, or report any issue, please fill out the contact form on our website.
Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Once we review your request, we’ll plan the return based on the reason provided.
Refunds are issued as store credits only.
Preventing Return Fraud
To protect our customers and maintain fair pricing, we have implemented measures to prevent return fraud:
Serial Returners: Accounts with excessive return activity may be flagged, and future returns could be restricted.
Tampered Items: Returns of items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.
